If you want to cancel or change the appointment date or time, you should inform us no later than 3 (three) business hours beforehand. For instance, if your appointment time is scheduled between 13:00 and 17:00, you must notify us by 10:00 on the same day. Please DO NOT leave a voicemail if you call us after business hours.
A service call can only be cancelled by our representative, and a cancellation code will be provided to you by phone. Violation of our cancellation policy will result in a reduction of the service call fee to $125 CAD + tax. The fee must be paid within 24 hours after the initial appointment.
