Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be canceled 24 hours prior to appliance repair service.

In case a customer cannot be reached or is not home, Appliance Repair in Toronto will consider this to be a cancellation. If canceling after hours, a customer may leave a detailed message: please include your name, the address registered for the appointment, and the time of the appointment.

We kindly request you to contact our office if you can’t keep your scheduled appointment. All appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance, except in case of same-day appointments.

If an appointment was booked on the same day, it may be canceled 4 hours prior to service. Please contact the office if you have any schedule changes. If these measures to cancel are not taken, the customer may be subject to a $90 + HST cancellation fee.

Payment must be made within 24 hours of the original appointment.
