Fee for a service call

Each service ordered by a client is treated as one order. Even if the client places several orders simultaneously, this remains in effect. When a client schedules a service, our technician must show up at the specified location and on time. In addition, clients must be present for the entire duration of the appointment at the set location. All invoices must be paid within 14 days of receipt. Clients who order several works in one residence may receive discounts.

Cancellation policy

Clients who need to cancel an appointment must contact us 3 hours before the scheduled time. For example, if you are scheduling a service between 1:00 and 4:00 pm, you must notify us no later than 10:00 am. If the customer has not canceled the appointment within 3 hours, they should not leave a voice message. Only a live agent can confirm the cancellation. Customers who schedule an appointment 3 hours before the scheduled time may cancel within 30 minutes of the scheduled time.

Parts ordering policy

If a part needs to be replaced during the repair, we will place an order for a new part and will charge a deposit fee. The remaining balance must be paid when the ordered component has been installed. Orders placed through an on-site technician are non-refundable. This is because such orders are processed immediately. If you cancel orders placed through our office, you must do so within one hour.

Only parts that haven’t been opened can be returned. You cannot return a part that has been opened. You are responsible for returning the sealed item, and a restocking fee will be applied.

After servicing the appliance, the Appliance Repair in Toronto technician must ensure that the workplace is clean. If customers do not request the disposal of damaged parts, they take them for recycling on the same day.
